I Have loss of smell but taste is ok. Had runny nose three days back.Now its totally cured. Is it covid? Or can be normal cold and cough. No other issue is there.Temperature is normal.

Sometimes nasal infection and sinusitis can cause decreased sense of smell, so once you are fine it should be normal. Now a days, loss of smell can be the only symptom of Covid infection, so please get a test done and untill the results come self quarantine.
