Loss of smelling sense
I am unable to smell anything after I met with an accident (head injury) 10 months ago. I can smell things close to my nose. Can you please suggest whether it can be cured or I need any kind of medication.

Anosmia or sense of smell after head injury is usually due to injury to nerves which carry sense of smell. Usually this is permanent and recovery may not occur completely. Spontaneously recovery can occur but can't be assured
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
