Losse motion of baby after vaccination
My baby is 10 weeks old yesterday he had vaccination by today 3.30 pm he did motion 6 times having a mild fever, breastfeeding is decreased by 2 times as regular but baby is active. Motion is greenish yellow and watery. And frequent

No need to worry
Its normal only after vaccination
Continue to give breast feed
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion
