Lost my prescription

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I take Ativan 1mg thrice a week for an anxiety and panic disorder stage 2. I lost my prescription and I've relocated to a new city. Got a panic attack this morning. Need help recovering. Need help in order to get the same medicine once again. Can't cope.

Hello. I understand it must be difficult for you to manage your anxiety without ativan. You should visit a psychiatrist for appropriate prescription. I would like to tell you that ativan is not a long term solution for panic disorder. There are other medicines which are better for proper treatment. Discuss the various options with your psychiatrist. Regards.
