LOST SENSE OF SMELL - ALLERGIC RHINITIS
I am starting to lose my sense of smell due to allergic Rhinitis. And it keeps recurring. It is difficult to not be able to smell things. I am worried.

Anosmia - loss of smell can be corrected with medicines in ayurveda. Dont be worried. You should take medicine for Allergic Rhinitis also for complete recovery. Hello Ma'am, don't worry, Take Sitopaladi Churna 1 tsf bid with honey twice a day, decoction of fresh Giloy Mulethi anjeer Draksha Tulsi black pepper at morning, Avoid sour curd Kadi spicy food cold drinks alcohol eggs nonveg smoking tobaco etc if so,U can also take Cap Kalmegh(zandu) 1 bid , drink lukewarm water whole day
