Lot if itching & water keeps coming out

I am getting lots and lots of water from my eyes & lot of itching.I work in IT & spend 9-10 hours in front of computers.please advice.

Hello This could be due to dryness Try A. Cold compresses B. Use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

Since you are a regular computer user hence it is computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids.

Next Steps

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater and don't sit facing towards acorn blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and also do cold compresses with ice.
