Lot of pimples on my face. Of my face ,

Dear sir and mem , there are lots of pimples on my face and my face is oily also pimples are small is likes  little , a little Makes Produces Daily , I can,t go in to any place ,because my friend  have loughing look to my face as like neglect for me,  so may i stayed in my house every time , so dear sir what i can do , how to use full overcome my problem , have a pimples are shining shown to others , please see overleaf my picture at present pimples sir please give me solution instanly , i hope don,t ignore my notification , And i have an used  cream before 2 week ago and name is betnovate -c but not success ,..once again my pimples is small shining like as sugar crystal but  it is round have an  around to hole of my face ,
