Sir I am suffering from palatel flutter. It feel quite embarrassing when someone says, I am a loud snorer. Please suggest a treatment. As I have a BMI of 30 I am trying my best to loose weight. But I need instant relief from snoring as it disturbs my roommate. Please suggest a treatment.

Hello.. I would suggest you to use nasal strapbor the nasal drops which will help you in reducing the snoring...I would suggest you to consult an ENT specialist... please meet a doctor in person so that you can be relieved...Thank you
