My sister behaving like a physcio... sometimes she will be good and sometimes she will be out of control.she doesn't care our word and she doesn't listen our parents and elder's she was going in very rudely manner...how can handle this type of situation

Give her an option to redefine her life by seeking a professional support. If she is willing to listen to you people, probably , a professional person can make her understand herself.. Consult a psychologist.
