Low back pain. Chondromalacia patella
Low back pain. Mri shows L345dosc bulge since two years. Recently got anterior knee pain with swelling. Mri knee shows subluxation of patella. And chondromalacia patella and posterior horn of the medial meniscus degeneration.. Iam using glucosaminoglycan tablets. Iam doing some stretches under physiotherapist guidance . But they are aggravating my pains and it's difficult to walk and sit even.. Some times can't sleep due to pain. And my weight Is 95kgs. What should I do now?? Should I do physiotherapy or not.. Some acupuncture practitioner told don't do physiotherapy.. What should I do now sir or mam Pls reply

Hello Madam... The lower back pain and chondromalacia patella...could be caused due to muscle imbalance... Consult a physio good in rehabilitation and manipulation as you need lot of supervised rehabilitation with manual therapy.... Taping can be done to combat the imbalance of muscles around patella leading to uneven loading and erosion... Do a lot of core stability and strengthening ..and glutes stability and strengthening..... Hope this is helpful for you.. Revert back in case if you need any clarification...
