I already went to doctor and clinal examination has also been done. L4 L5 vertebral the disc has come out in the down part. The orthopedic surgeon clearly showed MRI film to me n explained about the problem I'm facing n reason y I'm facing it. I have all the reports n with MRI film n reports. Now the problem is medicines i.e pain killers what I'm taking the pain is still heavy. Unable to stand properly or sit and sleep. But when the disc has come out it has to be done through surgery. MRI report doesn't show incorrect ryt. This problem I'm facing from past 15 yes but recently it has become very severe.

Hello Practo User, You have two options: 1.Surgical removal of the disc. 2.Complete bed rest for 4 to 6 weeks and strict BACK CARE REGIMEN.
Next Steps
If you don't have a neurological deficit( weakness of legs or toes ,Loss of control of urination etc) ,there are good chances ,you will recover without surgery. But you have to be very disciplined about rest and care of the back.

If disc haS come out significantly and ur problem is not solved by medical management then surgery is the option. I cannot tell much without seeing ur Mri.
Next Steps
Avoid bending forward and lifting any weights from ground.

Use western toilet and take rest with medicine for another 5-7 days.
