He had 2 paralyse attack 1 year ago. He takes his medicines regularly BT than also his sugar level is not increasing. Again and again he suffers from sudden black out. Today after having dinner suddenly he started bleeding from nose. I am just worried about is there any major problem in his health

U need to consult ur regular physician or nuerolgist regarding paralysis
Check out his sugar and BP levels
Is he on any medication for paralysis like any blood thinners... In such cases bleeding can also occur

Hi if your patient is
diabetic and is suffering from repeatedly low sugars then get the antidiabetic doses to lower down (nt stop).And keep sugars in handy at all times.Monitor sugars regularly to know his sugars and ask physician to adjust doses.
Bleeding from nose could be due sudden increasing in blood pressure or plain nasal crusting (dryness of nose ).Get his blood pressure chkd (need to keep it in chk as already 2 paralysis attacks hav been there).
