  4. Low bp and fever. Days around 15 days!

Today i had feverin the morning so i went to Doctor he checked it was 101degree fever and my bp was 60-90 so he suggested to take one saline i took that but again i am feeling week is it happening due to B12 it is 271 before some days around 15 days

Your Blood pressure is very less. Kindly visit physician again for the same. For fever start dolo 650 one tablet thrice a day
