Low Cholesterol & high Tryglycerdide
I'm taking rosuvastin with strict diet with in a 20 days span my cholesterol brought down to 100 from 220 and tryglycerdide 226 from 500. Should I continue rosuvastin as I started feeling muscle pain .

I need your complete information for overall risk assessment to advice regarding statin doses. The information I need is Age, Lipid Profile report including total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and your BP, blood sugar etc.

From your information, I believe you do not have atherosclerotic vascular disease. If you are prescribed a statin for primary prevention you can discontinue if you, 1) do not have diabetes 2) do not smoke 3) do not have hypertension 4) LDL less than 190 5)do not have family history of CAD. YOU CAN CHECK YOUR ASCVD RISK SCORE BY ONLINE CALCULATOR.
