Feels like i cant do nothing in life.and i find difficulty in sleeping at night my main problem i have overthinking problem

Human beings tend to look in a very black and white thinking or all or nothing thinking. When you say that you are not good at anything is hardly true. First let me tell you one thing. There is nothing called overthinking and underthinking. All depends upon the importance we give to our thoughts. Remember thoughts come and go. All thoughts are not important or real. Just don't act on all your thoughts. When a thought comes up, just observe. You will feel better

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

With whom are you comparing yourself  and for What?!!.... Are you living  a life which is possible by you Or because of others expectations !..... If you live for others and in satisfying there wishes, life will not be cheerful.....

I can understand how distressing over thinking can get, i will also not tell you to control your thoughts in any way because I understand that you must already have tried self instructing yourself to get over the thoughts. However what is important is too first relieve of the anxiety and nervousness associated with the thoughts so let's shift our focus. Moreover the more you try to control the thoughts the more they will increase so let's just accept that they are going to be there for sometime and then let's work on the distress associated with them which can be done through professional psychotherapy. I recommend you consult a Psychologist. If you wish too you can also consult me online as well.
