Low grade fever after exertion
Sir i was having fever 99.5 to 100.8, chills,shivering during month april 2019 i discussed with urologist they told me it may be uti so they gave me ceftroxime 200 twice a day for 6 day but my condition wasn't improving so my dad friend advice for widal test it was positive 320 type o so i took oflox 200 for 11 days with dolo 650 i donot got fever as normally and took multivitamins to get the strength back but still august i donot got my strength as normal so i took vitamin b12 and d25 test they were 242 and 20 respectively normal range is 30-70 but my diet is full of vegetable and i took enough sleep and sunlight but still my legs always feel weaken i m exhausted even after taking a 10 hour long nap i just check that when i roam or do some activity i got fever of 99.0 to 100.1 (without chills and shiver )depend on how much time i spend on activity . I m very much fed up with life please help i have same like cases seen on net and 1 in real life but they are still suffering please hel

Gut injury from Typhoid take time to heal. You need to go slow on diet and exercise. Please repeat Widal and CBC count again and share the report. Take high protein low fat high carbohydrates high fibre diet. Vit D3 and B12 also necessary. Drink lots of fluids. Don’t do strenuous exercise or work.
