Low grade fever
As per my earlier query I attached my cbc report.i feel fever but not in thermometer it is upto 98.4 by oral.feel weakness.mentally stressed all time.

It would have helped if your history was more elaborate but neverthless As ur complaint is fatigue it can be dute to n mumber of causes like : Hypothyroidism Nutritional deficiencies (especially vitamin B12 ) Sleep disturbances like obstructive sleep apnea (do you snore at night ) Depression Fibromyalgia (muscle aches ) Chronic allergies (runny nose , sneezing , red eyes ) Chronic asthma , chronic kidney disease Tuberculosis AIDS

for now get a basic thyroid unction tests TFT) Renal function tests ( RFT) CBNAAT sputum for TB HIV testing

and lastly ur fatigue could be due to undernutrition especially vitamin B12 deficiency eat more of leafy vegetables . if you are a non vegetarian consume red meat , fish .
