Low Haemoglobin
I have undergone a by pass heart surgery nd also suffering from piles that leads to blood loss so doctor have prescribed me dobesil cap. and its about three months i am taking this medicine but my haemoglobin level is decreasing day last time iy was 6.8 right now its 9.8 so i just wanted to know if its because of dobesil or natural

This is not because of the medication it because your files are still bleeding intermittently and you are losing blood so you need not waste any time get your stool examination for a cold blood and go to General Surgeon to get your piles operated as soon as possible and also you need blood transfusion at this level of hemoglobin so you should probably get hospitalized
