Low Hb count of 7 year old girl child.

Asked for Female, 7 Years

My 7 year old niece is suffering fron Typhoid with high fever of 103 -104 and today her blood report showed a haemoglobin count of 5.9. please suggest immediate action. The pediatrician has today given some sodium drips and injection to lower down the fever but it is still 101 few hours back. BUT I am very much concerned about the low Hb count.

Get the child admitted in a good pediatric hospital . Its important to know the cause for such a low hemoglobin. Pls get ur child evaluated
