Low heart rate at 43BPM
My monthly avg heart rate is between 42 - 126 bpm. Resting heart rate is 51-61BPM. Walking avg is 65-107 BPM. According to my apple watch. I usually excercise in the evenings and i get a max heart rate of above 117. Avg an 80-85. This morning my watch showed a heart rate of 43 BPM when i was sitting and reading in office. Should I be worried?

Don't rely too much on watch, if you don't have any symptoms don't worry.
