Low hemoglobin count
I am in 21 weaks of pregnency. My hemoglobin count is just 9.5 mg per dl. Suggest some good iron tablet. Should I take iron tab 3 times or not

You can start any iron tablet like tab livogen twice a day . But along with that please follow the advice below-
Take iron tablet along with a glass of lemon juice
Don’t take iron and calcium together
Take more of vit C in your diet
Take iron rich diet along with supplements
