Low immunity ..
I have very low immunity power...my vitamin B12 and vitamin D are at minimum level(marginal) ... what should be taken to increase immunity ...my age 31 ..gender -male..

You should take vitamin rich food. Like Green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, Dry fruits, Dairy product, egg, fish and meat (if you are vegetarian take soyabeans, paneer instead). You can take vitamin supplements as well but as you are young i would suggest you to go for healthy diet and also get enough sun exposure. Thank you Dr Sourav Agarwala, MD
