Low level of Vitamin D and B12
My current health checkup shows low level of Vitamin B12 and vitamin D. Value of Serum vitamin B12 is 91 and Vitamin D is 21.5. I am a 27 year old male. Kindly suggest how can I improve these values or if any supplement is needed with my regular diet.
