My current health checkup shows low level of Vitamin B12 and vitamin D. Value of Serum vitamin B12 is 91 and Vitamin D is 21.5.
I am a 27 year old male. Kindly suggest how can I improve these values or if any supplement is needed with my regular diet.

B12 is present in animal products and for vegetarians only milk and curds and other dairy products are the Only choice
Lucky for you because these are sources of calcium and vitamin D also
At your age I will not suggest supplements of vitamins
Exposure to sun will help liver generate more vitamin D
Health Tips

look for them
vitamin K helps absorption of vitamin D
