Low level vitamin d3
I have low level of vitamin d3 which is 10 units less than the normal range what should i do ? how can i increase d3 level

Hello.. Take calcarea phos 6x four tablet twice daily and chew it. And expose your body to morning sun atleast for half an hour. Have milk, eggs(if you are a non vegetarian) , curd in adequate amount in your diet.

The unit and the test used to determine has to be known to interpret your results and then only a correct advice can be given a simple photograph of the report would help. However general measures like consuming calcium rich foods like milk and other dairy products, spinach ,turnip,cabbage can help. To decide if tablets are required i need to see the reports
