Low libido and less sexual interest
Hi doctor, I workout regularly I have been about two years back. I also have daughter about 4 months old . But recently I observed less interest in sex. And less erection though there is morning wood. Please help me

Hello For erectile dysfunction we need to work on lifestyle and food habits. Among lifestyle steps. 1.20 min brisk walk every day. 2. Regular sleeping hours. 3. Staying away from alcohol and smoking if any. 4. Reducing work hours.... If possible.
