Low Lying Placent at 28 wks
Hi I am 28 weeks and 5 days pregnant, in my growth scan it said anterior placenta 1.5cm away from os. cervical length 34mm closed and no funnelling. Is there chances for the placenta to move up by 36th week? Should i be on bed rest? my Doctor said it is okay to go for walking. Can u pls help me?

Don't worry as your baby grows, your expanding uterus naturally pulls the placenta upwards away from your cervix. So there is still chance for the placenta to move upwards, you will have a scan before the delivery and if the placenta remains low(placenta praevia) then you will be advised to undergo a cesarean delivery.
