My wife has low lying Placenta extending upto internal OS.Is it fine to travel now via flight  with caution?

It depends upon how many weeks pregnant your wife is... although  any sort of travel is not advisable during pregnancy.. but if it is extremely important then you can take a fit to travel certificate from your gynecologist and travel with all necessary precautions like progesterone support
