Low lying plecenta
This is my 20 week pregency, yesterday I have seen 2-4 drops of blood and later it stop, doctor told that you have low lying plecenta. Can you please suggest me is there any chance of baby moving up wards in coming weeks.

Kindly get USG obstetrical to delineate the placental location.  Around  28 to 32 weeks repeat the ultrasound to locate the placenta.

During pregnancy take necessary steps to prevent anemia, urogenital infection and conditions that increase the intra abdominal pressure.
