Low platelet count (121k), weakness

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi, I have low platelet count as found out from a test done when too much weakness experienced. Got tested for B12 and Dengue. No problem with these. What else could it be and what should I do next. I am still feeling weak.

Viral infections may cause low platelet count but complete blood profile is necessary to exclude other etiology. Drink lot of water and take fruit.
