Low platelet production
Allopathic doctors advise for bone marrow transplantation. Earlier , one year ago cyclospherine treatment is done( i.v.injection of the liquid). But no improvement. Platelet count is around 9000. Feeling damn tired at the end of the day.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  So what is your concern regarding this? You haven't mentioned your question clearly?
