Low platelets count, only 30000 now
Sir, gud evng, my sister is delivery last 10 day by seasuring after 10 days she vomiting with blood we check up, so platelets count only 8000, than we give 57000 by donater but again loss daily, after 3 days count only 30000/- we give treatment in govt hospital. Kindly suggest how to give treatment otherwise if possible shift to other clinic.

Hello sir
Decrease platelet count after Caesarean section can be dangerous at times
Please check platelet count regularly and if needed transfusion must be done
If there is a medical condition which is causing reduced platelet count it must be treated
If any fever is persisting along with that it must be treated
If you are not satisfied with treatment at give hospital shift somewhere where the more facilities are availble
