Low RBC count
Hello, My mother is having low haemoglobin and low RBC count also MCV mch count is high , her iron binding capacity is however normal , she doesn't show any symptoms of any type of illness but she feels fatigued some times she is 59 right now , can someone suggest how to cure rbc count and low haemoglobin level ?? She is diabetic taking diapride m2 forte and tenepride 20 medicine also taking olmat40 for blood pressure and thyroxin 100mg for thyroid

Your mothers hemoglobin, red cells which are source of hemoglobin production is low. MCV is high. These findings are suggestive of severe anemia which explains her symptoms of fatigue. She needs more detailed evaluation to determine the cause of low hemoglobin so that the cause can be treated. Hypothyroidism can also worsen fatigue, you have not attached thyroid test results as well as sugar results.
