Low sense( feeling) right side of mouth
My father is taking medicine of high blood pressure and sugar regularly. Yesterday during breakfast he feels that right side of mouth and right hand is senseless/low sense . Today we have done CT SCAN OF brain report attached. Please suggest cure and is the problem serious as per report. My doctor has prescribed PERACIT TABLET twice daily.

It looks like a lacunar infarct which means a small blood vessel in the brain is blocked. He will need to take asprin,clopidrogel and statin. Further evaluation is needed like Hba1c, lipid profile, Doppler neck vessels. His b.p , cholesterol and blood glucose needs to be under control.
