Sir i have 23 years and iam verry skinny only 53kg weight and 174cm weight so i join to gym and do workout daily and according to their advice start consuming protein powder is it help me to gain weight. If yes how i consume it . And id there is any problem taking on protein powder please help me

You can improve your weight by diet alone.
Increasing protein intake in the form of meat egg and fish.
Also you can increase the fat in your diet in proportion to carbohydrates.
I think this should help.
Please don't fall for protein or steroid supplements issued at gym which might be fatal
