From the past few days i am facing following problems in my right lower abdomen:
1. Heaviness in lower abdomen, but no pain.
2. Burping
3. Whenever this heaviness in abdomen starts, at the same time i feel something stuck at the throat, after burping i feel relaxed for sometime.
4. Whenever i try to walk for a few minutes i feel the heaviness in the throat, right side nose gets blocked and i am getting some sort of suffocation to, checked with the oximeter all vitals are normal and spo2 is more than 98%.
No pain or change in appetite. Appetite is normal. Sometime bowel movement is disturbed, but after having a light meal and taking fennel seed after food, my bowel movement improved but not heaviness. Heaviness is making bodily discomfort.
