Lower Abdomen pain

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had unprotected sex and fear that a drop or two of sperm might have entered my vagina from the ejaculation which happened outside my vagina. I took an IPill emergency contraceptive pill within 2 hours. But since then I have been experiencing lower abdominal pain and vaginal pain and vomiting. My periods are not due until another two weeks. Am I pregnant? Will the IPill work? How to be absolutely sure. Please help.

Ms , as you have taken ipill 2 hrs after unprotected sex , chances of pregnancy is very minimal or nil . Lower pain abdomen may be due to premenstrual pain or you may be suffering from urinary infection .

Do urine R/E and urine C/S test . Once you get your results consult with family dr. Meanwhile for pain and vomiting - take - Dolo 650 mg three times a day. and Tab Emeset 4 mg two times 1/2 hr before food ..
