  4. Lower Abdominal Pain. Is evident yet.

Lower Abdominal Pain
I'm 4 weeks pregnant and there's a mild pain in my lower right abdomen. It comes and goes. I'm worried it's an ectopic pregnancy. I did an ultrasound and no gestinal sac is evident yet.

Wait for more 2weeks .In ultrasonography 6 weeks pregnancy is coming by TVS and heart beat appears at 7 weeks .So rescan after 2weeks.
