Lower abdominal sharp pain
I've been having sharp lower abdominal pain on and off for the last one week on right side. I'm mid cycle and today had brown spotting. It feels like I'm about to get my period but I'm not due for another 10 days.

Do ultrasonography .u may have cyst on right side.
