Lower back injury
I was doing deadlift and got a sharp pain from one bad rep. Not my lower back hurts quite a bit

It could be muscle strain due to improper lifting. Apply ice packs for abt 10 min on affected area. If pain persist pls refer to orthopedic or physiotherapist.
