I have a pain in my lower back and my butt or hip area is also paining it pains when i sit on sofa or bench anywhere

Lower back pain is common now a days due to postural problems. You need to start some exercises and adopt good postures to keep your spine healthy. Also if pain is very much, the back support belt is used. Show to ORTHOPEDICIAN and also take physiotherapy as recommended after check up.
