Lower back pain and Neck pain
I have lower back pain and neck pain for the past 2 years i have removed my wisdom tooth (impacted tooth ) as advised by orthopediac doctor but still the pain persist in my neck and back some said my muscles got stiffness and the lower spines L3 & L4 straight because of the muscle stiffness i tried physio therapy also but no cure please suggest

You must have trigger points in your back and neck area, which is responsible for your pain. You need to get trigger point release done manually.
