Lower back pain
Around 2 years back I faced jerk in my back while lifting something and from 6 months the pain in my lower back is not going away. I feel Stiffness in lower back while bending forward or backwards(only sometimes) , not comfortable in sudden back movements, sharp pain starts mostly on right side of back pain starts when sitting for more than 2 3 hours or standing for more than 1 hour. No problem while walking running or sleeping but it occurs when sitting or standing for long hours

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. • Avoid bending in front.
