Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Get the Hot water Fomentation done. Do the stretching on opposite side. Visit the nearest Physiotherapist if problem persists Thanks Dr Neetu Rathi MPT Neuro Sector 39 Gurgaon
