Lower Back Pain
Hi Doctor, I'm experiencing a lower back pain (right side) from past one month. when I travel, the pain increases. During walking and bending, I don't feel the pain but only during travelling and while sitting I feel the discomfortness. Could you please let me know what could be the reason? what are the measures to over come this? I'm planning to meet you today Thanks a lot, Shashi

You can strengthen the back muscles. Learn core strengthening exercises. Do it regularly at least 3 months.

Sir it's mechanical strain of a major postural muscule named as ..Quadratus lumborum.(which connectto all lumber segmentT12 L1-L5 .)And gluteals .... So plz don't avoid traveling becz it's like someone is joking in response to answer of a question . Better approach any sports physiotherapist expertise in Dry needling or manual therapy .. Will be settle down in 7-8 days max ... And plz for god sake don't avoid anything ...Just consult a physio and get it done ASAP Regards

U need to avoid travel.  Take physio for strengthening. Consult orthopaedic doctor and proceed

Hello..May be because of lack of exercise, weakness of muscles and straining back.Take care during working hrs like sit with proper back support, don't sit forwad in chair, get up from the chair every 1 hrly n move around.As of now avoid straining activity like standing n sitting long time or sports activity and riding two wheeler.
Next Steps
Visit physio center take treatment for pain relief and learn exercise stretching and strengthening exrcise.
Health Tips
Apply hot formatation twice a day 15 mins. Do exercise regularly.

The pain may be coz of wrong sitting posture and weakness in the muscle that is putting excess load on the structures at the lower back.. How ever personal assessment is required to come to a diagnosis.
Next Steps
physiotherapy treatment or exercises or both will help.
