Lower back pain
I have lower back pain last 3-4  years only in left side now it's spreading on right too if my sitting hour and weather is cold  pain will increased normally it's paining always please advice

Back spasms and a sacroiliac joint disfunction is the reason why you have it moving.  A posture analysis is recommended
