Lower back pain
I have severe lower back pain from last 2 days. Along with that I have severe aches in my thighs. I can't lift my leg. Difficult to walk straight. There is pain in my buttocks too. I can't get up from the bed myself, need someone's help to move on bed. Please help....

Hello...... Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon
