I'm a fitness trainer. I have little pain ( 4 on the scale of 1 to 10) in my lower back only when i sit and look down and also while I'm pooping. The pain is not severe but it's bothering me. When i do squats,deadlifts it doesn't pain. I think this injury Happened while i was doing ab roller exercise. Can you tell me what injury I'm suffering. Thank you.
