Kindly explain the ff findings: At the L4-L5 level, a broad based posterior disc protrusionis again seen with the same degree of ventral thecal sac identation. There is a narrowing the bilateral. Neuroforamina (more pronounced in the left) and abutting the left L3 descending nerve. The ligamentum flavum at this level remains hypertrophied.

The findings of the MRI scan suggest that there is Mild level of compression of the nerves and also some narrowing of the spinal canal.
