MRI report says Inumerable Lytic lesions are scattered in the entire spine,pelvic bones,sternum,visualized long bones,ribs and calvarium, appearing hypointense on T1W and T2W images. These are consistent with metasis.
What does this indicate and What should me the next course of action?

These problems with if suspected metastases plz plz discuss with a qualified oncologist referred by who has done MRI and go ahead with further management. These problems are not for messaging advice by doctors and my sincere request do not follow what we say on messaging platform.
