Lower back pain
My brother, age 22 had lumber stenosis in l4 and l5 and had a corrective surgery in December 2013, now he's lower back pain and thighs which exaggerates on standing up and changing sides on bed, he also experiences pain in lower back while tilting his head backwards. He had an MRI which showed not much problem in his spine. He is obese. He's taking physiotherapy but pain is not reducing.

Hello well it's quite possible that you are facing muscular spasm... suggest you to use any analgesic spray for the time being... it's better you consult an orthopaedician and get yourself examined to r ule out causes related to spine or postural problems...thank you
